Can I order a specific colour combination?
Yes, you can! Many of our pieces can be customised to your preferred colour way. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.

How long will it take to make my necklace?

If you're ordering a custom piece, please expect it to take up to 3 weeks for completion. This timeframe will be discussed with you, as I may be creating other custom pieces simultaneously. For items already in stock, please allow up to 1 week for shipment. 

Do you have multiple items in stock?
Our jewellery pieces are often exclusive, with very few made or created as custom orders. While some popular designs may have limited stock, many are unique or made to order to ensure their special charm.

How much do your jewellery pieces cost?

Prices vary depending on the design, materials and complexity of each piece. You can find the individual prices listed on each product page in our online shop. For custom orders, a detailed quote will be provided once your design specifications are confirmed.

What should I do if I want to return or exchange a piece of jewellery?
As our jewellery pieces are exclusive and often custom-made, we generally do not accept returns on orders. However, if there is a fault with your item, we would be more than happy to discuss a resolution with you. For custom orders, we provide progress pictures and updates to ensure you are completely happy with the product throughout the creation process.

How should I care for my pearly and beaded jewellery?
Our jewellery is a delicate piece and should be treated as such. It will not withstand tugging and pulling, so please treat it gently. While not fragile, it is delicate and should be handled with the same care as any other set of earrings or a necklace. That being said, our jewellery is crafted to be worn for years.
